For service teams and researchers
Explain what you offer, and what you found.
A short, narrated, captioned video of a service guide, a referral pathway, an evaluation or a research report, for the people you serve, the families and professionals who refer them, and the commissioners who fund the work.
For your services
People decide whether to use a service in a minute or two. A clear video helps them understand what it is, who it is for and how to start.
What a service offers
Explain a helpline, a support group, a clinic or an advice service from your own service guide: who it is for, what happens and how to get in touch.
Referral pathways
Show GPs, social workers, teachers and other referrers how to refer someone, and what happens next, from your referral guidance.
Accessible from the start
Captions and a full transcript with every video, so it works with the sound off and with a screen reader. Captions can be translated into any language, and multilingual voiceovers are on our roadmap.
Volunteers and staff
A policy, a procedure or an induction pack, explained for new volunteers and staff in a short video, with the full document still there for reference.
For research and evaluation
Charities fund and run a great deal of research. A short, accurate video helps the findings reach the people they are about and the people who can act on them.
Built, not generated
Plain language and clear diagrams. Every word on screen is typeset and every chart is plotted from your report's own numbers, rather than painted by an image model, so nothing in it is made up. Nothing is rendered until you approve the script.
Evaluations for commissioners
An evaluation of a service, explained for commissioners and partners: what was done, for whom, and what the evidence shows, including its limits.
Findings for communities
Research about a community, explained back to that community in words it can follow: a way to share findings with the people who took part.
An honest, synthetic narrator
AI-facilitated, not AI-generated: our specialised AI agents draft the script and you approve it. Choose from 28 high-quality synthetic voices in English, British and American, women and men, and listen to each on the order form. Every video says its narrator is synthetic.
The whole process, from document upload to finished video, takes just a few minutes.

Before you upload
Your own charity's documents are usually straightforward. For a report someone else published, a redrawn video, in our own words and drawings with nothing copied from the document, does not normally need the publisher's permission. A video that shows the document's own pages needs the right to adapt it, for example under a licence such as CC BY or the Open Government Licence. Copyright and your video explains the difference.
Never upload anything that identifies the people you support unless you have their consent and it is needed for the video. Documents that are not yet public are fine: flag them when you upload, and nothing from them is shared or published. Read the FAQ.
