Eight questions we are asked most. What does a video cost? Thirty-nine pounds plus VAT, with captions, a transcript and a poster image. Do I need permission?
Your own charity's documents are usually fine. For a video that shows someone else's document, you need the right to adapt it. Can I edit the script? Yes. You have full control of the narration, and nothing is made until you approve it.
What is a revision round? One complete render of your video. Each video includes three, and your own script edits never use one. How long can a video be?
One, two, three or five minutes, and during our launch every length uses one video credit. For a longer video, contact us. Can the video use our charity's brand? Yes, free on every order: we read your colours, fonts and logo from your website.
Where is my video hosted? It is yours to download and use anywhere, or we can upload it to YouTube for you. Do I need to register? No. Enter your email address, and we send you a sign-in link.
